Rules, Process and Terms

Rules
- Prices are in USD only
- Payment by Paypal or Ko-Fi (Upfront for YCHs, halfway for everything else)
- Max 1 commission per client at a time in the queue
- Max 3 characters per commission
- I require a reference per character (complete or pictures).
- My signature should be left untampered and credit should be given if the commission is shared/used.
- I will not create art for anything NFT or AI related, including the sale or fanart of said NFTs and AIs or its products/results.
- I will not do commissions to minors.Will Draw
NSFW, humanoids, anthros, ferals, creatures, OCs, DnD, Dinosaurs, weapons, fantasy, aliens...Will NOT Draw
Complex robots or machinery, Guns, hateful content, skeletons, underage content, real people portraits, other people's OC without consent, NFTs, anything that makes me uncomfortable...Needed in the Commission Request
- The type of commission (headshot, bust or fullbody/ sketch, flatcolor, shaded, etc.)
- A description of your order (positions/context/order/theme)
- Amount of characters and their references
- Background of choice and details
- Extra or special details (alts, transparent background, details of importance, etc.)
- Your discord/bluesky/deviantart for updates and communication.
- The time frame related to the finished product, if there is any.
- If the product will be for personal use or commercial use.

Process - Terms- Conditions
Once the commission request is sent, I will contact you back as soon as possible. All details and price will be confirmed before your place is reserved in the Commission Queue. YCHs will require payment upfront.If the queue is full, you will be placed in the waitlist. Once a spot frees up in the queue, I will ask for confirmation from members of the waitlist, from first to last, about taking that slot. If the queue and the waitlist are full, I will be closing my commissions until a spot opens.Once I have a sketch completed, I will alert you and, starting then, will show you updates at every step and ask for any changes and their approval. Once the Clean Line Art is approved, I will then require the agreed full price to proceed.Every step of the process can have 3 changes or corrections requested. Any further amount of correction or changes may add an hourly fee depending on complexity and length of work requested.Once the final product is approved, I will send you the clean unwatermarked product. The finished commission will be fully yours. All I ask is that my signature is untampered, credit is given and that the product not be used for AI/NFT activities.I might take between days to a month to work and complete individual commissions depending on type, complexity, requested changes during the process and general life events. Rushed/Urgent commissions will be done as fast as possible. Pressuring me during process will kill my pacing and drive, slowing down as a result.I will ask permission to post said commissions on my socials and / or use as a future example of my products. You are in full right to refuse. If you accept, it will be watermarked and credited to you in description. If you simply need to delay the posting, do not hesitate to request it also.I reserve the right to refuse any commission requests or cancel any commissions in progress if I feel uncomfortable, if my rules are broken, if you openly partake in AI generative/NFT activities or if I am fully unable to work on the project. I will NOT make commissions to minors. Any purposeful persistence or ignorance about these boundaries will have you blacklisted.Upon approving of the final product, no refund can be made. If the commissioner requests a cancelation after payment and before finalization, then 50% of the paid price will be refunded. Before payment is made, a commissioner can cancel at any time. These rules also include me if a commission is willingly cancelled.If I learn that a commission drawn by me, be it before or after completion, is finalized/modified purposefully with the use of generative AI or sold/used as NFT, the client will be blacklisted permanently.
